Steven Cowley is our Director of Residential Services. Our commitment is to our clients. Sometimes that commitment means a difficult choice that the client may not understand at the moment. In our Transitional Living Program, our priority is to keep people safe and to encourage their healing. Holding to this priority means that sometimes hard decisions have to be made that others simply may not understand.
